The HXM 208PET is a servo energy‑saving injection molding machine optimized for PET preform production, offering strong injection performance, high plasticizing efficiency, and low energy consumption. It provides a clamping force of 2080 kN and uses a 50 mm PET‑specific screw with a long L/D ratio of 24, ensuring excellent melt quality and material transparency. The theoretical injection capacity is 500 cm³, with an injection weight of about 580 g for PET resin. The machine achieves an injection pressure of 150 MPa, an injection rate of 264 g/s, and a plasticizing capacity of 33 g/s. It operates at a screw speed of 190 rpm and a pump pressure of 17.5 MPa, with a servo motor rated at 21 kW and a heating capacity of 16.85 kW. The clamping unit provides a mold opening stroke of 500 mm, supports mold heights from 200 to 550 mm, and features tie‑bar spacing of 530 × 480 mm.
