The HXM 98/370 is a servo energy-saving injection molding machine from Highsun’s HXM series, designed for precision molding and low energy consumption. It provides 980 kN of clamping force with a screw diameter range from 32 to 40 mm. The injection capacity varies between 128 and 200 cm³, delivering injection pressures from 287 to 183 MPa depending on configuration. The machine operates with a 16 kW servo motor and 10.9 kW of heating capacity, featuring a compact design measuring 4.12 × 1.05 × 1.79 m and a weight of about 2.9 tons. It includes a 130 L oil tank and a clamping stroke of 315 mm with mold heights between 150 and 390 mm. The servo-driven hydraulic system enables fast response, stable operation, quiet performance, and substantial energy savings, making it suitable for producing small to medium plastic components such as electronic, medical, and consumer product parts.
