Super Energy Saving
Output power varies with the load so no energy is wasted. During holding pressure the servo motor reduces speed for low consumption, and during cool-down it does not work at all. Compared with ordinary machines it saves 20%–80% of the power.
High Precision & Stability
A precise pressure sensor and rotary encoder monitor and feed back flow and pressure. The high-performance synchronous servo motor adjusts flow and pressure by changing speed and torque, and closed-loop control ensures stable product quality.
High Response & Efficiency
The driving system responds with high sensitivity, taking only 0.05 seconds to reach maximum value — far faster than ordinary machines. This significantly shortens cycle time and increases production efficiency.
